I don't know if any one has dealt with verint playback but if you downloaded a recorded call it saves as a .wav but uses g723.1 a100 encoding. To play the files you have to install their codec.
The problem I have is the call center has to send calls to the state when they request them. The state of course doesnt have the codec so the files need to be converted. I have tried searching google, found one solution but it failed when converting using ffmpeg. Any one have any ideas?
