Urgent Help Please

thanks everyone that put their inputs..

air card was not working because the cisco vpn service was disabled? i dont think i disabled any services manually, even tho all the services was checked under msconfig it was still highlighted "selective startup" changed that over to normal startup, got hes air card to work... i told him hes dock with two screen should work now (im praying it would), im guessing it was disabled maybe... he was happy for now, i did apologize for the inconvience it may caused him.. idk theres not much i could do with out the docking station...thanks again everyone!

Yeah, in the event issues with the docking station still exist, there is nothing unprofessional about telling him his IT department should troubleshoot his companies hardware. There's a big difference between being unable to solve an issue with his laptop, and being unable to troubleshoot a device you can't access to troubleshoot a problem you can't witness. Dealing with the company hardware that never leaves company property, is by definition what his IT's job should be.

In this case I would do a system restore to before he got virus and run Combofix and Malwarebytes again
then eveything should work

Reinstall the air card and graphics drivers?
