Unlockhd.exe HELP

Have a client with a acer laptop and her daughter locked the bios and HD with a password. She forgot what she put in for passwords. I have the bios password cleared but HD is still locked. Found a program to complete remove lock but it wipes HD too I guess. Found Unlockhd.exe from acer but can't get it to run in dos mode. Does anyone have this program and can you run my code thru and get me the password so I don't have to erase and reload system and lose all data, thanks in advance. Code is 75899008

Given this is your 2nd post, and your intro is less than informative, I wouldn't count on much help when asking for someone to break a HD lock code for you.

If the data on the drive is important, why are you risking losing it all? You may wan to seek the assistance of a professional data recovery lab before you lose your client's data for good.

I had a similar issue in the past, one of my friend made a joke... anyway found the solution right here : http://dogber1.blogspot.ca/2009/05/t...ered-bios.html I was able to download the software and follow the guide, really easy.

Please note that I do not own that site, and I cannot be responsible if anything bad happened. It worked for me in the past, with the same site, and the same tool. Have not tried any other than the Dell.

I tried the codes and I was unable to unlock the hard drive, I also bought a lic. to HDDunlock and it failed to unlock it. I ended up putting new drive in for customer and gave old drive back for privacy reasons. Thanks to all those that tried to help, time restraints did not afford me more time.
