Is there a way to have twitter notifications to two email addresses?

Easy. Send notification to gmail. Have gmail use a filter trigger to forward to two addresses.

The email is hosted via Office 365.

Along that same line, set A rule in Outlook that autoforwards. Since you as using Exchange, it can rum on the server so it executes immediately. (it doesn't require the mail to be downloaded to the client first.)
