Troubleshooting an intermittently rebooting server ...

Unless I missed it..it's yet to be answered. If the server is still under warranty, has Dell tech support been engaged? Most of the burden of this "testing hardware" should be on them.
If it's outside of warranty...I'd first get a quote on renewing the warranty..and then move forward. This should pretty much be "strongly...strongly...did I say STRONGLY...recommended (to the point of forced) on the customer"

If the status is unknown, should take but a few seconds to find out..Your RMM should have a warranty status as one of its features..if not at least the Dell service tag so you can look up the warranty.
