Many years ago, when I first saw Trend Micro office scan working, the email report would not only say that a system was infected, but it would identify said system right in the email. But, since running it on my own network for many years, it seems to no longer have that feature and requires the administrator to login to the main server web interface to find out which of the systems on their network is infected. Oddly enough, it still reports the system name via the Mac client.
Here is a sample message of what I get now, without system identification:
I've contacted Trend Micro several times about this over the past few years and yet they don't seem to want to put it back in. Am I the only one who wants this back? Is there any chance that one of you have a solution to this issue?

It seem rather stupid to expect an administrator to go to log onto their server and load up the web interface for Trend Micro just to figure out what has infected which system when that information can easily be included in the email. This way, if you were on the road and got the email on your smart phone, you could immediately contact the user and discuss the best course of action, depending on what was being reported.Trend Micro detected 5 virus incidents on your computer(s) in 1 hour(s). Virus incidents that are too numerous or too frequent might indicate a pending outbreak situation. Refer to the Live Status screen on your Security Server for further instructions.
