I built my first web site using wix. It appealed to me because of the number of templates and ease of use. What are your thoughts on it? I think in the future I want to highlight managed services more.

Great job on first website! Many others will chime in with much more useful feedback but one HUGE recommendation I have is where is your phone number? Needs to be right on homepage yelling at me to call. Potential customers don't want to have to hunt around for contact us info.

I have no idea what your area can handle for pricing, but we charge close to what you are for tune ups, but $129.95 for virus removals. They take a good chunk of time and you should charge accordingly. It's hard to make a large jump in price down the road once you realize you are too low.
