Temperature Monitoring with Logging - Suggestions?

This question arises based on a problem with "sudden shutdown" that an acquaintance of mine is having who also happens to be blind. I know of a number of small utilities, e.g., Speedfan, that monitor CPU temperature, but some of them are not screen reader accessible, and even those that are don't, to my knowledge, support logging so that there is something left behind to analyze later.

I don't expect most here to know about the accessibility angle, but many may have suggestions for something that not only monitors temperature but logs it at specific X-second intervals while doing so. If so, please share.

Thanks, and corrected. I have no idea how that happened, as I am certain I pasted it as plain text and let the forum software create the hyperlink.

I just did exactly the same thing in the original message, selecting the misleading hyperlink, pasting its plain text equivalent in its place. When I hover now, it appears to be accurate.
