I don't do much Mac support except for networking & interoperability issues with existing networks.
I have a customer that's not very tech savvy. turn the computer on, click on whats there on the desktop and turn it off.
She's a semi-professional photographer and is concerned with backing-up, cataloging and archiving her pictures.
She's also severely dyslexic so printed guides generally do nothing for her.
She says she's currently using time machine but I don't know with what device; time capsule or usb drive.
i'm going to verify her time machine setup is working properly and show her how to check it, but I think she'd be better served by some automated software for her pictures. She's probably just using iphoto.
I'm going to suggest she archive to DVD & external disk.
Any suggestions as to easy to use software?
