Subscription Manager

At the moment I'm looking for some software or web based system which can manage all my renewals for customers for the following

AV
Maint Plans
Google Apps
Exchange
N-Able Years Plans
Backup

We use a number of different services so can't reley on that service letting me know. The abailaty to run monthly reports would be great. Does anyone know of any software or service?

Might take some time to configure, but looks like Spiceworks has a module for software tracking: http://www.spiceworks.com/free-software-inventory-audit-tool/

I have not used that module before personally.

I use CommitCRM to manage all of my business. Monthly Managed Service contracts (and just put a client on a 6 monthly contract - renewed every 6 months, billable 6 months in advance which it handles without any problems), use it to keep an eye on all of my BitDefender renewals, it integrates with N-Able and MaxFocus, and will do just about everything you want it to.

I also use Quickbooks for my accounting, and CommitCRM integrates into it as well, so all billing is done via Commit, and passed through to Quickbooks.

Been using it for over a year, and I'm still finding out new stuff it can do

We use CommitCRM as well. Very powerful, licensing works similar to ScreenConnect where the only recurring fee is for updates if you want them. There is a lot to this program, pretty daunting to get setup and use. Once you have it all setup and learn it, your options are pretty limitless!

Thanks, All, I have downloaded and installed commit. and am looking at it now. It looks like it's going to be perfect - also as a few things which I'm planning on doing later this year.

This looks interesting I have been looking for a CRM solution for a while the cost and flexibility of this package looks good. Downloading the 30 day trial now.

RepairShopr.com supports this. I haven't used this part of it yet but plan to soon. It has saved me so much time with organizing all of my CRM, Inventory, Quotes, Invoicing, Tickets along with making everything I do paperless!
