A friend off mine gave me his hp mini to have a look at because it was running slow and had pop-ups. Turned on the system in safe mode then tried to open some software on there computer, the computer froze then started to emit one long continuous beep. Turned it on again loaded up autoruns and process explorer, found some malware and got rid of it. Restarted ran malwarebytes froze then started to emit one long continuous beep again, started the computer again ran malwarebytes clean found nothing. Ran super anti spyware clean except for some tracking cookies, then it froze again. So i'm concerned maybe something is still hiding in the system, hope someone can help heres a hijack this log for the system.

You can probably fix these just by reseting the IP properties on the adapters to AUTO

fixed the above suggested problems, yet it is still freezing with one long continuous beep. After i restart it works fine for a while, last time it froze i was running microsoft security essentials.

thanks for all the help.

Did you try some of the online automatic HijackThis log readers? I haven't seen very many HJT logs post in this forum.

Did you see this?
O20 - Winlogon Notify: TPSvc - TPSvc.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

This may not be in the right place? maybe malware or maybe sound card?
c:\program files\idt\wdm\stacsv.exe

Does the computer have Microsoft Office XP or is this maybe malware?
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe

What is this?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HP Mobile Broadband] c:\SWsetup\HPQWWAN\HPMobileBroadband.exe /TrayMode
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IDTSysTrayApp] sttray.exe
