I think this site is ok, its just there is a rogue site with a similar name, non of my security site scanners picked anything up that was wrong with the genuine site. And if you look the comments on your link most of them are good ones with people who are confused to why the site has such a poor rating.

I have used it many times to remove login passwords
I always like to find the easiest way of doing things
Because it’s all getting exponentially more complicated.
