I often see questions posted here about learning new things. I have found a lot of helpful information on this site. I often feel as if I'm not contributing enough, so when I find something that I think will make up that deficit, I'm happy to share. I downloaded it earlier today and started reading it. Don Jones is expanding on his thoughts about apprenticeships in the technology field. He also has some action items that will help. I know in my full time job as a Technologist, I have started creating Lunch 'n' Learn sessions for the users. Often times we know a lot of stuff and take it for granted that the regular users (clients) do not. Just by teaching them what for us is second nature, you will be amazed at the feedback and appreciation.
