Not happy, I started to get loads of hits in my webserver logs from http://assurecomputersolutions.com when I checked their site it looks like they are in the process of cloning my site http://www.computerrepairchichester.co.uk the images (which I've paid for) are the same, a lot of the text has not been changed, the testimonials are mine etc..

Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else?

If he's hotlinking your images.... screw him over well. ESPECIALLY if he's using your paid-for images.

Next, send him an email telling him that you know he's doing it and suggest that he replace everything with his own original materials before you bring in your lawyer.
Contact his host and let them know that one of their sites is hosting copyrighted materials.

Question.
Where the sites built around a commercially bought template ?

If that's the case, the other guy may be innocent of plagiarising the data, and simply going on what he bought.

Yes the site was built around a Wordpress template purchased from Themeforest, however the template has been heavily modified, a lot of the images purchased from stock sites and obviously the text has been directly copied.

lol that's awesome what you did with the pic. :D I just wonder how long until they realize what's happening. Thats great.
