Sent to mail recipient does not work after upgrading to Office 2016 then downgrading to 2013
just wondering if anybody knows the easiest way to do this I have Googled and come up with a lot of answers I have to remote in and do the fix so want to get it right.

Windows 7, Outlook 2013

I had no idea what you originally meant until I clicked the link xD I read that topic and was thinking...that sure is a strange way of saying he cant send emails to people.

I thought it was quite common for people to right-click a file and use Sent To/ mail recipient
some people don't know any other way as with my client

No idea but in original post you didnt say right click or explorer or Send to > Mail Recipient so it just looked like a weird way to say you couldnt send mail to a recipient hehe.

Did that fix you posted solve the problem?

I will bet that you are in for a complete uninstall of office, registry & directory cleanup, then a reinstall of Office 2013 to get this working. I'm sure the pattern of installs that led to your problem was not contemplated by MS.

I once had to do a manual uninstall of Office 97 with MS on the phone guiding me thru 50 steps, the problem still persisted
been very busy I will try from the link I posted.
it all started from not being able to do a selective install of 2016 I know it can be done but should be easier.
all I wanted was Outlook, Word, and Excel, not the kitchen sink nothing worked after that until I uninstalled 2016.
