Seeking Network Tool

Hi guys;

I'm after some wisdom.
I'm trying to find a tool, that will list IP Addresses that are currently connected to me including which application, and also list the WhoIs details in a spreadsheet style. And to put icing on the cake, being able to disconnect an IP from you, and add to a blacklist.

The reason being, is me and my friends play a game online with P2P hosting, but no internal admin management for the hosting. There are alot of European people that play, and Russians; that hack, and we would like a permanent way of dealing with them.

I was thinking about this last night, and spent the morning playing with the NETSTAT command, and a few WHOIS applications to grab the right details. I think I could script the whole thing, but would prefer a tool to play with before I start one myself.

Thanks for your help

(If you think this is in the wrong category; please let me know. Was tossing up between this, Networking and Software)

Nice find, thanks.

Should've thought of Mark over @ SysInternals. Tried out the application; all its missing is the blacklist, and to show some of the WHOIS info. I specifically want the country, to narrow it down alot.

I'll keep digging for now. I'm open for all suggestions.

Not sure if it will do it but "the dude" might be worth a look. Or currports from nirsoft. i think it will be like the tcpview with the lack of a blacklist.

Peerblock might be worth a shot too. It will show ip, and some other info and has a blacklist feature.

Take a look at WireShark. I used it to troubleshoot networking issues for development and it was extremely useful. I only used a very small aspect of it and I'm sure I only scratched the surface of what it can do.

Oh...congrats on becoming a mod. I just noticed.
