Have a HP Computer that the lady upgraded to windows 10 and after the upgrade the other day the computer is stuck in a reboot loop.
I need to roll it back to windows 7 the recovery option is not functional in the HP BIOS.
Do have a system image made with windows 7 in September but a windows 7 recovery CD says it cant find the recovery files. Even tried copying them to another external usb drive.
I can command prompt to the folder and see the files on Drive I: after coping them to the external usb drive.
Would just Nuke and Pave but the computer was her deceased son's. Would like to recover back to windows 7.
I need to see if the recovery files are good. Windows 10 Changed Something and now the Drive Layout is not correct. How can I check the image files without restoring them. (Made with windows 7 System Image Backup)
The C: partition no longer has boot files in it.
The Recovery partition is now 480 Mb.
Have One Partition Labeled OS.
Can see what's in it but don't have rights to copy.
Cret
