Reuse or reinvent?

Hi all!

Looking for some opinions on name/logo please....
A little bit of background - I used to run a small scale IT Support business (one man band) which I had to wind down about 7 years ago due to family commitments. I'm now in a position where I'm thinking of reopening. I don't have contact with many of my ex customers due to them moving on, going out of business etc but was looking for opinions on previous name/logo of the business and whether I should rebrand or reuse.

The previous name was built around a prepay play which was flexible to the end users need but would initially be looking at doing resedential jobs and aiming at small business.
Maybe something along the lines of eFlexi IT Support, eFlext IT Services, eFlexi Computer Services etc

I've attached the previous logo...opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Neil,

I think you're on the right track as far as using "IT Support" and "IT Services" in your name. You could also consider "IT Solutions" or "Technologies" depending on what you are wanting to do.

Are you going to be attempting to sell the same type of plans or focus on something else?

I would be curious to hear any other names you have thought of as well.

The logo doesn't need to be thrown away, but you should have it updated. Flat logos are in right now.

As for the name, you could just add "Technology Solutions" to the name and logo.

I'd eventually sim towards similar plans again but will need to build up to that over time.

I added that option because, lets face it, probably 99% of folk won't actually care!
