Recurring Invoices/Emails

I've been testing out a few different invoice apps, but haven't found anything that perfectly fits what I'm trying to accomplish. I recently started testing Zoho Invoice. I like that it has a mobile app and web based interface. These 2 things are pretty much a must for me. Sending a normal invoice works well enough and it integrates with Stripe which I use.

What I would like to do is send recurring emails to my customers to remind them that it has been X number of months since their last computer tune-up and offering a way to pay a discounted amount if they choose to purchase a tune-up at this time. Zoho allows for recurring invoices but apparently only has the ability to set one default email template.. which isn't going to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions for apps? I'd prefer an all-in-one system but realize I may have to just combine a couple of things to do what I want. I'm looking into Rightinbox addon for Gmail at the moment to do recurring emails.

Was just checking out some of the features of Reapirshopr, definitely looks worth taking a look at. I've actually glanced at it in the past but it does a lot more than what I need, so I didn't want to buy something that was a lot more complex than my simple needs. I'm not a physical shop, so inventory and such won't get used but the Marketr part intrigues me. Wish they had included it in the basic plan, or had made a plan between the free and one man army. I'd give it a shot for $25/month but my tickets/month aren't even at 25/month yet, much less 75, so it's a bit hard to justify at the moment.
 
Has anyone heard of/tried Gmelius add on for Gmail? I was reading through the functionality and it looks like it might work well for recurring emails since I already use Gmail.
 
Just to update my own thread... After spending the weekend doing a lot of reading and reviews of various options, I've decided to try using Square's online invoicing system/customer management. A couple of reasons.. 1. It's free 2. It's Square, so it should be robust and fully developed. 3. I found that I can create an online store (free) and use the link in a particular item page when sending out an email to allow a customer to buy directly from my email. Neat. 4. The mobile app is already on my phone and the links for customer phone numbers and locations work with my dialing and Google Maps for directions. 5. It has included marketing tools for sending offers to customers

I'll try to give an update after I've been using it awhile to let people know how it's going.
 
A word of caution: I don't recall if it's Square, Stripe or both that have problems with online-only computer services businesses, but there's at least one that does and will boot you off. I'd be cautious about tying all of your ticketing, CRM, etc. into that.
 
Thanks, and duly noted. I know Stripe does have this issue for some people. I do have a physical location and do onsite as well, so I'm not online only though. I haven't heard about any issues with Square but I'll do some further research.

Yeah the issue is with Stripe but if you have a physical location you are fine.

Don't know, perhaps the others told them a business type other than "computer technical support". Or maybe Stripe changed how the policy is enforced. My experience with them was pretty recent. End of Jun of this year. When were the other accounts opened, maybe a long time ago?
