Reboots everday at same time.

Removed it from the UPS to start, and the issue was gone. Then replaced the battery, and that worked. No lights or anything on the UPS indicating any problems.

Check the ups unit information to see if it does diagnostics every day. We have some old Tripplite units which check every 7 days and sometimes they go into backup mode, however they will tone when they do this so we know.

My APC 1500VA model used to do a test at 8:45 AM every day which would trigger standby on my machine. I didn't have the time to futz with it, so I disconnected the USB cable from the computer so it would stop messing stuff up.

Never did bother looking into that.
