I have my a logo and would like the technibble community to rate it.

You just want a 1 - 5 rating?

1. I love it.
2. I like it.
3. It's ok.
4. It could be better.
5. I hate it.

4 for me also,

Is it in vector format? things to think about with a logo, though you probably have already, are printing on shirts, letterheads, black and white/colour, tailoring it for online usage etc, to use it as an all-round 'image' of your brand and company. (the reason for vector is it means the logo is made of points rather than pixels, and can be scaled as large as is needed for printing on signs etc and the image won't lose any quality)

my personal opinion on logo's is the simpler and cleaner, but with the right effect to represent the 'direction your going' are the best.

just a few comments to add, yes it is vector, and CMYK for printing so it will print like what it looks like on a computer monitor , looks good in black and white

I wanted to also add, that when you design a logo, make sure it not only looks good on the web, but also if printed out on paper(letterhead, etc etc) how much inc is it going to use if color printed, how will the quality look? If you decide to print in B&W, how will it look then? How much black ink will it use for the colors that are solid? All of that should be in mind when making a cool yet efficient logo for your business. I am no graphic designer, but I am sure they may tell you the same things.

thanks for the suggestion
