I see you offer managed services, why didn't you catch this drive failing?

Even break fix clients shoukd get an agent installed

Yes we do. I already said we were monitoring and both drives failed at the same time. Nothing to catch. Server was up no errors. Next day down hard.

They are on a MSP they just opted for no backups for this server. Others in their organization which we also manage have backups.

and yes.. even break fix clients are monitored.
