I have a lot of iso and physical cd/dvd's and I was wondering if there was a easy way to determine which version of windows the iso or cd/dvd contains. Could there possibly be a program that I don't know about? Thanks for your time!

He probably doesn't want to have to load every iso he has to be able to find out whats on it.

I have no reccomendations for you aside from loading up virtual box or VMWare workstation and firing up the ISO virtually.

My ISO are named things like "Win7x32 HomePremiumOEM.iso" or, when burned, the DVD is labeled accordingly. How do you know not what an ISO is for? Is it named "Windows Installer"?

I have just miss named all of my windows iso files by accident. That's all (well not me one of my employees) so i guess i will be having some fun with this! Thanks guys and if anyone else has any input please let me know.

you could go here http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/downloads
