so okay here's the overview:
I filled the application for Microsoft registered refurbisher program and did the test thingy (and passed obviously, actually didn't expect it to be super simple and short but whatever) got an email back asking for various company contact info which I gave them, next day got another email asking for my companies house registration number, gave them that - next day again another email, this time they wanted an overview of the company, where i buy my computers from and who i sell them to and my VAT number (good job I'm VAT registered lol)

then another email, this time how many computers per month i plan on refurbishing, details of where i carry out the work, and details of my experience and qualifications to carry out refurbishment work as well as details of what online sales platforms i intend to use to sell on the computers i refurbish, which i also gave them and currently waiting on their next reply

my question is, surely asking for all this is overkill? i could be wrong but just purely going off the emails i've received and what they've asked for (and claim its required) pretty much eliminates i'd say 60% of their current registrants and also eliminates pretty much all startups (startups won't be VAT registered for example)

so anyone else got interrogated this much for wanting to be refurb registered?

fair enough, if they asked for everything all at once with me i think i'd be less annoyed really lol
