Ive been asked to step in on this one. Some people saw the op as an end user while others thought some of the responders were being elitist.
To be fair to the OP "wsabmsdl.dll" does not come up in Google implying that its probably a random filename and therefor probably malware of some kind. However, there wasnt a whole lot of information of what he already tried.
So there are 3 ways the other members can respond to this:
Option 1: Link to this saying we need more info: http://www.technibble.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1246
Option 2: You dont have to hold his hand, just point him in the right direction. An end user probably wont be able to figure it out while a tech will. For example: "Try booting in safe mode" is a good simple answer that points in the right direction but isnt solving the problem for him. It still requires him to figure out why it reboots.
Option 3: Dont answer at all if you feel you cannot (or dont want to) help the situation. If you feel a user is an end user, report it and a mod will decide.
