Plastic laptop bins

For screws, I use these. 6 compartments, just right for laptops. The lid snaps closed and you can use the different compartments to separate the different screws. If it's complicated, we make a post-it indicating where the different screws go so if a long time passes between disassembly and reassembly, we're less likely to screw up!

For bins, I use these. They're big enough to hold everything and have a snap-on lid. We have clear sleeves on the lids to hold the paperwork.

Really helps keep things organized for work in process.

We have hundreds of sterilite shoebox bins from Walmart ($1pc) and we use 2 week pill containers ($0.50pc) for screws when we do tear downs. We also have about a dozen bigger bins ($3-5pc) for tear downs of bigger laptops (gaming laptops). Try to stick with only a few types/sizes so they can easily be stacked on a shelf when not in use.

EDIT: As you can see, we not only use them for tear downs, but we use them to keep just about everything organized.
