Anyone else affected by Level 3's problems this morning? Probably primarily a US issue, but apparently they're experiencing a major outage on their backbone right now.

Here at my FTJ we can't make outbound calls and inbound are spotty. Spent a fair amount of time in frustrated hair-pulling troubleshooting our Toshiba CIX phone system trying to figure out the problem. Then when I got "all circuits are busy" calling Time Warner Telecom support lines, I knew something was up and it probably wasn't on my end. Learned later of the Level 3 problem from someone further up our I.T. food chain.

Now I'm just in wait and see mode until they get it resolved. Sometimes, even when something is still broke, just finding out that it's someone else's problem feels like a win. ;)

MaxFocus was reporting problems with TeamViewer and their support phones this morning. Wonder if they also were affected by this. And email has been slow for me this morning.
