Received a call from a client today; They are attempting to perform a Windows update on a new Gateway they just received.
Even though they are logged in under the main administrator acct., they are getting a permissions denied error when attempting the Win update.
I don't believe I've ever had Win update lock me out like this. I was thinking of turning off UAC for starters -
Any ideas?
