We are in a shopping center and our store is located in the back. There is a PC store up front that focuses on PCs. We do electronic repair and PC repair, so many customers bring us phones, portables, TVs etc.
The shop up front claims to be us, and when the customer asks if Ace, Bria, or Katarina our employees are in, they say that we are not in but they know us.
Customers then call to check the status and find out that we dont have it. The customers obviously get it from them and drop it off to us.
Is there any legal action that can be taken against them??
