G day alll,
I'm having issues with Outlook 2019 (not M365) (could be all Office products but Outlook is the one they mainly use) and Windows 10 and 11, been setup for 5 years and nothing changed (no updates within a couple of days of it first happening). And no recent firmware update on the printer (HP).
The printer has an additional tray which has one type of paper and the printer drivers are setup to print to draw 2 and another driver to draw 3. Friday last week printing to draw 2 starts printing to tray 3, go in to the printing options when printing in Outlook and the tray is set to "Default tray" however even manually changing it to tray 2 it still prints to tray 3 (the default tray).
Just had a call today saying that it's printing in landscape now.
I have, reset the properties in the drivers, reinstalled the drivers, type a universal HP driver, removed and reinstalled the drivers, manually set the tray in Outlook options, repaired Office
any help would be appricated
