Outlook 2010 with business contact manager

Good luck with that. I have had almost no luck getting it to work, I have tons of clients that gave up on it, it makes no sense. Had to back up and hard to manage in the directories. Unfortunately I think MS made it as a nice add-on, but it never took off. I have 10 years experience with Outlook and I said screw it. It causes so many problems that most folks uninstall it.

I wish they would train me on it, pay me to learn it and I would upsell the crap out of it...if I could teach my people. They all use ACT. Now I am learning ACT!!!

Yeah, what she said. I'm an Outlook user as well and gave up on BCM in the initial 2003 release. It may be improved but I'm using another CRM that integrates with Outlook so I won't bother trying it again.

Yea, I have to agree.. BCM appears to be a great add-on at first look. I've tried several times over the years to get it setup and running & have always found it to be rather clunky and difficult to use... I have yet to encounter anyone actually using the product.

What CRM are you using? I'm looking for a good one that integrates with Outlook too.

We use CommitCRM and we are very happy with it.
I think BCM can be used when you have basic requirements.
