OneDrive not recognizing data drive

I have client with Windows 7 desktop with two drive bays. The main drive is an SSD for the OS/programs and a 1TB SATA drive for all of their files. I created a Documents folder (and music, pictures etc) and redirected (changed the location) of Documents to the data drive. How can I get OneDrive to recognize the data drive as a location that needs to be backed up? I still want it to backup files that may be inadvertently saved to the desktop as well.

I think she wants to "include" another location as opposed to just changing the default location?

I agree...but..OD isn't really made for that. It creates an object in your user libraries...and you sorta make that your default "work out of"...or at least a second one. Plus...by default it syncs any files within that default location. So if you have a small SSD...and you have a large OD library you wouldn't want OD on your C drive anyways. Relocating it to the second volume...and making ODs Docs/Pics/etc your defaults...is how it's designed to work.

So it may not be possible to "include another" drive. Rather something like folder redirection to the source drive with sym links as mentioned above?
