Office 2015 Won't Delete Any Messages... Returns Unknown Error

I have a Windows 7 Pro laptop running Office 2015. Their email is used from google domain. All of a sudden today, this computer would not let you delete any messages. It would come back with a box that stated the operation came back with an unknown error. I'm at a loss as I'm not very savy with outlook.

What I've tried:
-restarted the computer
-ran office update
-ran inbox repair tool (found errors and corrected them)
-cleared out Deleted Folder files

Are they using GASMO? Create a new Outlook profile and see if you have the same problem.

Thanks, I created a new profile and loaded all the gmail data and it's working like new. Thanks!

Outlook is for Exchange/O365.
Gmail is for web browsers.

Mixing the 2 for anything more than simple use leads to brain damage.
