I have a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard which is not starting; it was working 6 days ago, and now it doesn't start at all. I have 5.1 volts present on PWRSW pins of the MOBO, but when I short them, nothing happens. I checked the PWRBTSW (pin-104) on the ITE8686E super IO chip and it has that 5.1 voltage coming from the PSU, but it hasn't go to zero volt as normally should do. Any suggestions, guys?
