New years resolution?

Haven't figured mine out quite yet, but what is everyones new years resolution?

Figure out my new years resolution for '12.

Actually, my resolution is to quite procrastinating and start saving my money better, decide where my wife and my life is going to go and concentrate on that. Am I looking at a baby this time next year? Am I going to move out of my families summer house and get my own (locally of course, I dont want to redraft my business a third time.) and finally am I going to go full time with my business.

Of course all I ask for this new year is to be with family and friends, make new and lasting relationships with people and to stay full, happy, healthy and blessed as I am right now. I also pray that "my cup runeth over" this year so that I may give back more than I have this year.

Not a new years resolution, just a reaffirmation of what I aim to achieve:
To simplify as many practices and processes as possible and make my business as little me-centric as possible without affecting our resolution rate while increasing margins.
If I reach this Nirvana I'll make it open source and post it here .

New Years Resolution

Mine is to turn around the type of customers that want free support all the time, into paying customers, or just let them go elsewhere.

One happened today, a customer (not seen for 18 months ago to setup his TalkTalk Router and Optimize PC) he rings up complaining he cannot connect his new Kindle to his Wireless Router.

After some investigation it turns out he is pretending to be connected to his home and he was actually trying to get free support for his brother and he only has the USB Speedtouch 330 modem. When I realised what was going on he just said "well i think i should get free 24/7 support for whatever i want, i am your best customer" Wow one job 18 months ago and thinks he is my best customer.

I asked him to look at my Terms and Conditions and wish him a Happy New Year.

Mine is to increase my business enough to work it full time, and be able to quit my IT job. Hoping to open a store front.
