IMO, it needs a lot of work.
The front page is too bland / too "text heavy" (where's the color? - looks grey, grey, grey). Maybe some dividers or informative boxes with colors to spruce it up a bit?
I personally do not care for the companies logo.
"Our Services" should be at the top of the page, not "What we do" - Make your services the first thing you see - add more specific service to main page.
Each service listed on the front page should have 2-3 sentences max under the pics.
Each services' picture should be clickable.
The contact info in top right should be clickable and lead to a contact page.
Lot's of Grammar issues and "iffy" phrases:
"Consolation" should be "Consultation"
"Does your computer even fail to start?" sounds wrong to me, "Does your computer fail to start?" sounds better.
"This should be done on a regular basis with multiple storage devices to ensure you don't lose anything from a single storage device breaking." could be something like: "This should be done on a regular basis with multiple storage devices to ensure you don't lose anything when your single storage device fails." - Creates a sense of urgency using "when".
Lots of small wording issues and punctuation issues. Don't be afraid of the (!) exclamation point!
I ,again, suggest listing more services on the main page - this is where you lose most people if they do not immediately see what they are looking for.
When I see your front page I see that you do:
Optimize
Repair
Upgrade
and if I were interested enough to find the links to the other pages I see you also do:
Data Backup
Virus Removal
"Network Hardening"
Hardware Consultation
Network Planning/Setup
Hardware Installation / Custom PC's
You should expand/combine on each of these categories and give them a page to themselves.
Network Hardening and Network Planning Setup should be in the same category/page... "Networking"
Custom PC's Get's it's own page/subset.
Hardware Installation and Hardware Consultation should be together.
What about LCD screens, hard drive replacement, Keyboard replacement, etc, etc, etc.. having all of the main problems that you take care of in BOLD HEADINGS makes it easy for your customers to find THEIR problem.. and it also helps Google get searches to your website.
