Looks great! one little quirk though...the horizontal ring, left side, seems to go behind the ball where the rest of the ring is in front. Just to the left of where the two rings meet on the front side. If you follow the horizontal ring around, you'll get what I see.

other than that it's pretty sharp!

Ok, I finally broke down and paid a designer to create my logo. They sent me a multi layered PSD file, so I can change things like my font if needed. Please give me your opinions. Thanks.

There is a logo site that designs logos for people for little of nothing. You submit what you want, and what kind of logo interest you. Eventually many artists work on it and all submit what they came up with. You select the winning logo and pay the artist you like.
I like your logo b/c it reminds me of jimmy neutron. Jimmy Neutron is a cartoon about this little boy with a spaceship that is always inventing super modern gadgets and getting into trouble with his robot dog. I watch it with my nieces and nephews and they love it. Jimmy Neutron is always inventing something that goes wrong like a spherical convergent focus electrostatic ion accelerator with laser spectrographic analysis of instantaneous elementals, but someone always gets blownup, turned blue, or transformed into a flying dragon.
