Ok so i am near ready to register my business name. I am in the process of purchasing my advertising, but don't want to do so before my name is legally mines. I have read on TN forums from other members about getting a CPA to do your registration and taxes. I have some questions.

How much does a normal CPA cost in the USA?

When you do pay them must i also pay the fee for the name registration?

Should I just file is for myself?

I don't feel comfortable advertising with a name that is not mines. I have researched my name and it is available, I just don't want legal headaches. A standard LLC here in Florida cost around $200.

Please advise because legal issues is something i don't want to have, my heart breaks thinking about it.

Come on man. Pick up the phone and call some accountants in your area. They will give you the answers that you are looking for. Talk to multiple accountants and see what kind of chemistry you have with them.

A typical CPA in my area costs $600/hour.

Does that really help you?

You don't need to a CPA to open an LLC. See: http://www.citmedialaw.org/legal-guide/forming-llc-florida
In my opinion if you cannot confidently register a LLC without help you probably are nowhere near ready to begin advertising or run a business. After you have the LLC and begin generating income consult with a CPA if you aren't familiar with finances.

If you don't want to take the time to learn the business side of your business, do the technical work you like in someone else's.

I know how to register it for myself, just wanted to see what the members taught was best to do.
