Network Auditing/Inventory Tool

Does anyone know of any network auditing and/or auditing tools that I can use to do just that, audit and/or inventory a small network?

Currently I use WinAudit and SIW (system info for windows) which are wonderful for single machine use, but I'd like to have something I can run and get the entire network in one place/report/scan etc.



Any Ideas?
