What is the reason exactly, that you are wanting this? Hopefully it's not for a client. Any client that brings me Server 2003 or Windows XP, I tell them the only thing I can do is migrate them to newer systems, I won't fix the existing software, if the hardware is that old too, I won't break fix that either.

Sometimes you need to fix some things in order to make the migration smoother.

And sometimes you need to keep those old systems around (appropriately firewalled off) for reference to data in an old system such as an EMR system that they migrated away from 4? years ago but which had no viable bulk export mechanism for all the records. I predict that system will be around for at least another few years (until the statutory requirements for retention of medical records pass for all data within it).
