Need a good PHP/mySQL book

I want to learn PHP and mySQL for the purposes of building specialized websites. I have a few ideas floating in my head and think that it would be fun (and profitable) to try some of these out. Would also need to mod/create Joomla and Wordpress themes and plugins.

I am ok with C++ so I have a good idea of programming in general, but I want to really get to know PHP and mySQL.

I know there are a ton of tutorials on the net out there but I'm a lot better with books. I'm looking for a book that is in depth, well structured and comprehensive. Something with practice exercises would be great. I find having the opportunity to apply something I learned really teaches me better.

So any of you know of some great book(s) in the industry? I would appreciate any help. Scanning amazon.com as I write this...

i have a orielly book, i think its intro, but if you have some knowledge, this is one i have also and i like it

although after you got the basics down i really just spent all my learning at php's function list on their site
