Okay so this customer brought me a 243 page document and anyway he needs to print it and before he does he needs to get the word "agriculture" highlighted so he can have it to stand out for quick reference. It appears 122 times in this document I was able to press ctrl f and highlight it on the word document but I need it to be highlighted, or in bold or some other type of pop to it.

I know this has to be an easy step I was sure I did this before but I cannot find it for the life of me.

Word 2013 seems to have that feature in its 'replace' dialogue

This works in Word 2003 as well (ok, so I'm a holdout). Set your highlight color first! Then:

Save the document as a new version ( whatever V2.doc)
Edit
Replace...
Find What: agriculture
Replace With:
With the cursor flashing in the "Replace With" box, click the Special button and choose "Find What Text".
Click the Format button and choose Highlight. Click the "Replace All" button.
