Is anyone besides us having trouble communicating with the Microsoft Refurbisher Program. We have sent them approx 15 Emails since about May and have never received a response on any of them. Last week we got notification that we had to retest. We did, passed it. Went to log on and the site says we are not a registered user. Urghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
New info for you. I just received this today in an e-mail:

We have recently updated the RRP support contact email addresses for North America and Latin America in the Program Portal as follows:
Any automated emails sent from the Portal (e.g. Welcome emails, order confirmation emails, etc.) are now also sent from the new email addresses for these regions. We have made this change to address the recent issues with customers not receiving emails sent from the Portal. Emails sent to the old email addresses will still be received by the support team, but we would ask customers in these regions to start using the new addresses. There are no changes to the contact details in other regions.
