media player album art not showing up

We are trying to copy a music folder from a dying computer running windows 10 to a new computer running windows 10. The client has a lifetime of ripped music and all of the art work for each album. The client is using media player 12. For some reason only some of the albums have the artwork shown. It is in the root of the directory as it should be, but just does not show up in media player. Any suggestions?

Let WMP find the Album Info (WMP 10 and 11)
1. Run Windows Media Player.
2. Click Library on the top bar (Left Bar for WMP10).
3. Select and right-click the file(s) you wish to update.
4. Select Find Album Info.
