MBAM Tech License

Looks like MBAM will finally be updating their tech version on Monday. If you have a tech license - keep your eye out for the email Monday with the link to the new version download.

Thanks for the tip . Less just hope they are not upgrading their prices as mine is up for renewal soon! I really like the RAM scan feature on it because it gives me an idea of how much malware is on the system in seconds.

If it finds more than a few different types of infections in the RAM then I decide it on an on site job and the computer needs to go on my bench.

My dilema is if my budget should be better spent on TCP and process exploring tools.

The new version might make me renew it.

$100 a year per tech

The only extra functions are you can scan the RAM which you cannot do on the free version and there is also a lot command line switches to automate things.
The main thing is though legally we are not supposed to be using the free version but that is a debate for another thread.

Was looking into acquiring the license also and found this on their forums...

Just as any organization does, we have to focus and prioritize our resources.
While we will grandfather clause and support existing technician licensed customers, we are suspending ongoing sales
of this product. We have found that there are additional key requirements and features that need to be in place before we
can sell and support this product on the broader market.
