Thankfully its a MS Defender update and not a Windows update so should be automatically patched very quickly.

The issue was privately reported on Friday and Patched on Monday - 3 days. The vulnerability was seemingly not in the wild and was only a proof of concept.

Problem is almost every windows 10 system that shows up on my desk does not install updates for some strange reason they will not auto install.
They will manually update i think it had to do with some patch a while back it breaks windows update auto-install feature leaving millions vulnerable maybe proof of concept now it is out there to exploit.

Good god how much are they paying these project zero employees? It better be a lot as that exploit would have been worth a fortune.
