Malwarebytes Reseller problem

Ok I have been applying for the malwarebytes reseller program numerous times over the last year with NO response Yay or Nay.

I get an email a few weeks ago to take advantage of some reseller programs and WHO my company rep is.

I emailed them twice and they never responded, so I asked on their facebook page and got a response. The fb admin asked who the rep was and got them to contact me. They did via email, and promptly told me my company was not qualified?? WTF??

So did the rep get ****** at me for calling them out? what could Malwarebytes requirements be?

Ignore them. Just by from either dSolution.ca or AntivirusSales.com. They can't stop you.

I'm convinced they are run by a group of half wits. Dsolution as well. You will get cheaper prices just buying off the web.

Xander, good advice, I went to antivirus.com last night, signed up and today I was all set. Very easy and very good prices.

I gave MBAM customer "support" the finger ages ago, due to similar problems.

Pretty decent program..... managed by baboons.

Their pricing is shot to hell
Their support is shot to hell
Their corporate strategy is shot to hell

Get my drift ?

Yeah but I had heard sometimes they offer great bundle pricing so that is why I tried. Bit defender rips it out anyway.

Wow, no kidding. I signed up for the re-seller account and no sales rep ever answers a phone call, and never returns and email.
In fact, If I call either rep right now the number just hangs up. If I send an email I get an auto response about the rep being out of the office for an extended period of time. :-|

I got accepted in two days when i signed up. I don't use it anymore. I think if memory serves me right I got it for $7 less than what they charge. Have to log in again to be sure.
