People use WinRAR? I ditched that junk for 7zip ages ago... I thought everyone else did too.

I went into N-Central's Application Compliance Settings area to blacklist it and was pleased to see that it's on all of 4 systems, none of which are used by end-users (2 fax servers, 2 servers where eCW installed it).
