m4 mSata SSD HDD

I have a couple of these little HDD, they say m4 mSata on the drive. It's not a mSata connection. Is anybody able to hook these up USB or via a card and clone them?

Haven't dealt with one of these myself, but it looks like mSata as far as I can see (maybe post a pic of what yours looks like)?

Also, searching on Amazon for msata to usb pulls up an number of products, including msata to sata adapters too.

I should have posted the pic, I bought a micro sata to sata adapter (in the pic as well) but it doesn't fit. Micro Sata is mSata correct? On the drive it says m4 mSata. I couldn't find any connectors seraching google and the like, now maybe there were some but I couldn't see the acctual connection on the products. They all said mSata so I am pretty sure it's not an mSata, since I've got a micro sata to sata and it doesn't fit.
