Looking for a router with MFA VPN

I have a client (small CPA firm) that currently has a Datto D200 router, which uses OpenVPN. They're a five user shop, with a single server and a single application that really needs the VPN (a SQL based paper-less audit tool).
The D200 is decent enough for them, and has a decent failover circuit that they use infrequently (less than they originally expected). They also use the VPN, much more over the last year (obviously). They're looking to replace it because they want something that has MFA. I don't sell a lot of other networking stuff, so I'm wondering what is out there.
Ideally cloud managed, under $500 or $600 purchase, supports some sort of failover, and under $50 a month maintenance. Must support multi-factor authentication VPN.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
James
